I didn’t order pizza, but I LOVE my Chicken Caesar Salad. The chicken is high quality, the romaine lettuce is crisp and fresh, the ranch tastes homemade, and the croutons are so flavorful. 5 stars!

The atomic wings are about the best there are anywhere. I love their pizzas. Crust is fantastic. This is carryout only, so unless you’re looking to hang out with a bunch of door dash drivers there isn’t any atmosphere here.

ordered through doordash. waited 1.5 hours for the food, only to show up VERY cold. I don’t know if it was sitting on a counter for along time or what. But completely unacceptable taking into consideration the price. Had no choice but to heat it ourselves since we paid $50.00 for this abomination they call service.

I used to go to the old location in downtown San Jose. It was the best pizza. I was excited to see Amici’s come back and tried it out. I was 100% disappointed. I paid over $40 for a pizza that tasted horrible and made Little Ceasars and costco seem like high class. Toppings falling off, not cooked right. The service was worse, they sent me outside to order by phone after I waited in line. They had terminals and 3 guys at counter that won’t let you order there. Also no plates or napkins. This place seems to be a bad knockoff bringing down the Amici’s name my family used to enjoy.

I ordered online for delivery. I called to make sure they received my order. They said door dash would deliver it. I waited an hour then called they said they didn’t know what was happening that they would remake me a pizza and expedite the delivery. I waited another hour called back they said that they were having trouble with door dash that they would remake me a pizza it was already 9pm at night I asked for my refund. I will definitely never go back to this location. If you want Amici’s go to the actual restaurant.

This Review for the Cloud Kitchen Company not about this restaurant, but i need to aware people of what happens to me , and be aware from this company This is a scamming company . I signed their contract few months ago , and i have on my contract that i will start on Aug , so on Aug the city didn’t a approved their building inspection , so i asked them to cancel my contract , and gets my money back . they refused to give me the money.
