Had a and order of 40 nuggets with 3 large French fries was told it would a while because my order was a lot told them it was ok I always get told to wait when I order more the 2 fries. When I got to the second window one of the large fries was basically empty I gave her the fries back and said I paid for a large can you fill it up it took her a min and she gave me a small bag with the fries I get home and eat some they are coated with a hug amour of salt! I take the firs out and the bottom has a lot of salt as well.

I’m an Amazon delivery driver and I stop here for my break whenever I’m on this side. Today will be my last. Asked the manager if I can put some ice in my cooler and he said yes since it hot and I’m outside all day. Walk my cooler in and I have some lady that’s mopping floors yelling across the restaurant at me about needing to pay for the ice I just asked if I could get. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Not open at 4:30am as posted, or at least they will not answer drive thru at 5am. Three times now I’ve stopped to get a breakfast sandwich when they’re supposed to be open and they don’t respond at all. This is in addition to the fact that half the time I have gotten food here in the afternoon / evening it’s stale and cold and the other half of the time it’s not what I ordered. If I could give 0 stars I would. I literally only stop here because it’s near my house and it’s a massive disappointment every time, if they even take my order at all.

Worst McDonald’s in town! I will go up the street to S. Virginia. Multiple times I order double cheeseburgers and get McDoubles. You want an extra $1 for a piece of cheese but can’t train people the difference to put it in the burger. I have to rip my order open to including every item to check the ingredients?Every time I order in the store or drive thru something is missing and the food is cold. The guy who gave me my order tonight was standing outside with it looking for someone to give it to when I’m standing in the store. They don’t know the difference between an in store vs drive thru order. Operations from the top down are dreadful.
