They used to make my stuff perfect with an awesome attitude, But now I get rude service at the drive thru, And not only have they gone up on their prices but they are now giving me medium sized drinks in a large cup so they can charge me large prices$$$. I’ve never been so disappointed in a Tim Hortons. 2 days in a row, have placed my order at the drive thru speaker. First time, my drink was given to the car in front of me so I had to wait for a new one and while they didn’t charge me, I was presented with a drink that was dark on the bottom and light on the top (which would be a macchiato, which I did not order). I asked the girl at the window if it was what I ordered and she said yes, but they’re not supposed to stir it for the look. Decided to take a chance again today, ordered the same thing, and got an iced coffee with no mocha at all. I shouldn’t have had to go to a gas station to buy my own chocolate syrup just to enjoy my drink. Never ever again will you get my business.

I work in food service right across the street from this timmies. So I’m not usually one to complain when something is wrong. Yet the employee with the blue and purple hair who works at the window was so rude to me. Firstly they got my order wrong. Secondly it had hair in it. When I pull back up to get it fixed she was loud, rude, and even made faces as if I was lying. I was already at work myself I would never had pulled back up if they didn’t mess up. I treated the employee respectfully the whole time all I ask is for the same respect in return.

I’ve been going to this Tim Hortons for over 10 years and it used to be top notch. Food was always fresh, coffee was on point, and it was quick service. Nowadays, I won’t return to this store. Tried again this morning and after spending 20+ mins in the drive thru I was finally able to order my food only to get to the window to find out they don’t have what I ordered. I sat that the speaker for several mins before I could even order and when I rounded the corner, there weren’t any other cars in front of me… Ended up at Biggby down the street where I got great service that was quick. I was in and out in about 3 mins. That’s how it should be. I’m incredibly disappointed in this Tims and won’t be back. There are too many coffee options in this area, I’ll be going to one of them for now on.

I needed 3 dozen bagels. I knew I shouldn’t walk in and order 3 dozen the day I needed it so I went in a week before. A girl took my order initially on a napkin and then I handed her paper and told her she should probably write it on paper. Anyway, that was a week ago. Yesterday I decided to go back in and remind them of my order just so they would have it ready since it was for teachers at the school. When I went in the person I spoke to told me they never received the order and I must’ve spoken to one of their younger staff who doesn’t know any better. She told me to pay in advance and she will personally make sure the order is ready in the morning. So I paid and begged her to make sure it was ready. I called and called this morning for a few hrs bc I wanted to make sure one last time before I went to pick them up. No one answered. Finally my husband went in to pick them up at 7:40am and guess what? They had no idea there was an order. So he had to wait for them to make 3 dozen bagels and my daughter was late to school. The teacher breakfast was late. This is so ridiculous. I did my due diligence by going in twice to order. By paying in advance. And by attempting to call all morning. This Tim Hortons needs serious training. Not organized at all and it’s almost as if there is no manager or anyone they have to answer to.

Went to the drive thru. Ordered a coffee and a sandwich. Waited 25 minutes before getting to the pay window just for her to tell me they’re out of coffee. And the sandwich wasn’t even done. I didn’t even have time to order something else because I needed to be somewhere else but this was horrible. It should’ve already been stated there was a delay and no coffee. Or at least offer something else.

I ordered through grubhub. They gave me old stale croissants. The only fresh croissant they gave me was for my breakfast sandwich. They should’ve thrown out the old croissant. Grubhub issued a refund. This location will no longer be getting any business from me from now on.
