I went through the drive thru and placed my order, 4 iced cappuccino supreme and the girl didn’t put the whip on any of them then I had to request it, gave me an attitude then I had to request a carry tray for the 4 capps, she was so mad that she almost threw the thing at me. I just told her to have a blessed day. I won’t go to that one ever again!

I went there and I don’t like the service. I asked for a # 2 with a med. double/double. I get to the window and I get a sandwich and the coffee. I asked, where is the hash brown?, she says, you weren’t charged for the hash brown. I asked for a # 2 which should come with a hash brown. I get home and there is no sugar in my double/ double. I don’t complain about things much but when I ask for something I should get what I asked for, and I may not have gone right home to add the sugar.

Some of the most incompetent individuals work here i swear. I will not be returning. A cashier has snatched my card aggressively before instead of waiting For the machine to process. She was disrespectful as hell. 3 different chances, and each time they mess up the order worse and worse. This time they forgot my ENTIRE order of 2 breakfast bagel sandwiches and coffee, instead gave me a Burnt bagel with cream cheese. Thanks Tim Hortons, this location is terrible for their service.

another bad timhortons place, i ordered double toast bagel and they gave me what they had ready and when i told the guy its not double toasted he got attitude and closed the window then a girl handed it to me with attitude also, I didnt open it when I was there till I got to my work this is what I found, looks like the guy has anger management issues and punched the bagel. The workers are good but seems like there not using g enough coffee grounds per pot of coffee. Coffee tastes watered down. Went to this location twice now and both times it’s been this way. They have good customer service, just the coffee is the problem seems like the owner is trying to make more money by stretching out the product. Earlier I visited this location and asked a out using the free cold drink I one for ice coffee instead of fountain drinks and the manager wasn’t sure but tried it and worked so the service I received was good.
