This is going to be my new go to restaurant in Morristown for chicken! The food was hot, fresh, and they had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I loved the grilled chicken with the sweet heat sauce!

Ordered chicken strip meals for the two of us. They were very good! I’ll say that the portions and prices are great too. You get good-sized chicken. We got ours breaded, and the breading is not thick with tough spots. It was moist and not dried out. I’d take someone there who has trouble chewing because ours was tender. The service kinda lacks. I ordered extra ranch and only got one, and met a drive-thru guy on his way in because he didn’t receive his to. You may want to be specific and check it before you leave.

Service was slow but friendly. Our fries were soggy and barely warm. The chicken was too peppery for my son and I felt the breading was overcooked. The chicken was still juicy though. I didn’t like the sauce on the chicken sandwich but that’s just my taste. The blue lemonade was good. The macadamia nut cookies were good but not as good as subway.

UPDATE — Beware that mobile orders are not accepted through the drive thru. The app doesn’t tell you this, so sadly I found that out the hard way. I ended up being stuck in the drive thru 20 minutes past my pick- up time. I could’ve left my car parked in the drive thru, went inside to get my order, and come back to the drive thru like not moved at all. It’s no one’s fault except the app or lack of signage directing people to mobile order pick ups. If you plan on mobile ordering, it’s quick and easy! Just make sure to go inside. Regardless, the food and employees are still great!

The food was almost decent, we asked for a xtra ketchup at the drive thru speaker. While sitting at the window, a bowl of ketchup packs sitting there, I ask the cashier if we had extra ketchup, he shrugged his shoulders and said, “not my job”. Sure enough we drove off because of the hundred of folks that was gonna be deceived behind us. Pulled over to check our food, no ketchup! The only thing that we asked for. My first and last trip to Ughhhy Magoos!

The bloom is off the rose with the Morristown store. I went through a little while ago, and the food was lousy. The bread was hard as a rock, the chicken and fries were cold and old. I must have gotten left overs. As with everything else in Morristown, Tn , this restaurant has finally lived up to the low standards famous for EVERYTHING in Morristown ,Tn

foods amazing. I don’t know why people dislike it so much. maybe because it has flavour, which isn’t what these people are used to? tenders are decent sized, not, “McDonald’s chicken nuggets” which is irrelevant because this is quality.. fries are great, and the seasoning is terrific. reminds me of raising cane’s.

This place is really nice. The workers are friendly and the chicken here is probably the juiciest I’ve ever had. It also has a great atmosphere. Only downside for me is how much pepper they put on the fries and chicken, otherwise the food would taste wayyyy better. Also heard about some issues with the app and drive thru, but I dined in so I had no problems. Pretty good restaurant overall, just the little things (like pepper)

I went to the drive thru this afternoon around 3:00 for a late lunch on the go. I love a good fast food chicken tender, especially when the restaurant has a “sauce” (think Raisin’ Canes, Zaxbys, Otter’s, Guthrie’s etc). This store was new to me and I was excited to see their take on the classics. There was nobody ahead of me in the drive thru (yay!) and the young gentleman who took my order was very nice. I went out on a limb and ordered the Magoo’s Wrap. I didn’t know if the chicken in it was grilled or fried (spoiler alert-it was fried tenders but could be switched out for grilled tenders!) but just ordered it as is. I added a large sweet tea because reasons, and the total was about $13. A bit pricey but what isn’t these days. I pulled around to the window and paid, and they told me they’re waiting on the fries to cook, it would be about 5 minutes. So I said that’s fine! I pulled up to the end of the building to wait. While I was waiting, the young gentleman who was the outside guy at the checkout window came up to my window and apologized for the wait, and offered me a free drink for the trouble. I declined but said maybe an extra Magoo’s sauce instead? He said sure! I was delighted. My food came out shortly after and it was sooooo tasty! The wrap had some sauce on it but wasn’t drenched like a lot of places tend to do, so my extra sauce came in handy. The fries as expected were hot and fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Very impressed with my first stop here. These managers are doing it right, the whole crew there seemed happy and even though I had to wait for a short time, the quality of food and service were something you don’t see at alot of places! Very well done. Excited to go back!
