I just didn’t want Starbucks. Searched Google for a shop that didn’t look like they specialize in raspberry chocolate flavored drinks that they call coffee. This place intrigued me so I drove over. I was immediately disappointed when I saw that they were next to Home Depot and figured I was in for a commercialized overpriced under crafted coffee. I’m very happy to report that I was wrong.

The place is so bright and clean. It’s inviting and simple, but well decorated. The coffee was very good, but the Paris Fog (London Fog with lavender instead of vanilla) was truly the best I’ve ever had. It was so full of flavor. My husband loved his matcha latte as well. We were staying nearby and stopped in three times during our Colorado visit.

Cool little coffee joint with skilled baristas behind the bar. Great options on not only brew types (drip, pour over, cold brew,etc), but also a nicely curated selection of roasts. The service was extremely friendly. Great find for this coffee nerd.

This place is great! The atmosphere is super cozy and fresh. The latte with almond milk was super creamy and delicious. I also tried a Nutella filled pastry and it was to die for! Owners are super friendly. Highly recommend!!

Was in the Denver area for the weekend and found this place on a search. It’s super chic inside and they have great coffee and treats. Also, great for a sit down to log online and knock out some work on the road. It’s in a parking lot for Home Depot but don’t let it defer you, it’s worth the stop.

Forge Coffee Lab is an amazing place for espresso drinks. First time visiting the area and we found this awesome coffee shop. Got double espresso and pastry. Everything was superb. The interior and the outside view of the mountains. Strongly recommended.

Update: 2.29.23: I’ve been coming here almost every day now since they’ve opened and won’t go anywhere else. I’ve even lost 7lbs because I stopped going to Starbucks, and I usually get a latte and pastry every day. Coffee is amazing and I’ve tried almost everything on the menu. The top flavors for me will always be the Buttermilk, lavender vanilla, and honey vanilla latte. I’m obsessed with their cappuccinos. Their green tea is amazing and they make their own almond milk, that has zero sugar added to it. During the holidays they had the best Eggnog latte I’ve ever had an amazing Gingerbread flavor. The owners are amazing and I might just be addicted to their kindness. Won’t go anywhere else now. Great service and impeccable coffee.
