I visited this Chipotle on my journey through the Midwest and I was very pleased with the kindness that the staff showed. I am plant-based They made my veggie bowl with love. The food was fresh The rice was well flavored and the guacamole and chips were on point. Thank you for a beautiful experience. I do rely on Chipotle Mexican grill when I am traveling. As Chipotle is one of the fewer fast food chains that offer more extensive plant-based options.

Got a bowl with a tortilla on the side only reason for 4 stars was the tortilla wasn’t warmed up and it usually is. The new chicken is very good! Location was clean and well maintained!

An incredibly kind and generous staff whose attitude and service were beyond exceptional. They really went out of their way even when it was decently busy. It’s 6:55 on a July 31 and to the three workers serving us, y’all deserve a raise. I hope you have a fantastic day knowing you made ours. Food was delicious. Service was impeccable. 10/10

Ordered chipotle pick up 7/6 at 5:30. Literally must have been a half scoop of rice, black beans and meat. Never had a worse meal from chipotle. I’ve been to chipotle hundreds of times throughout my life too.

Great fresh food, good staff, and a clean atmosphere. Don’t spend too much on add-ons as they’re pricey and add up quickly. Base is good. Bowl is best and worth adding chips to it.

The food was very good! I, however, sat at the drive thru window for 10-15 minutes before anyone realized I was there. I got a very quick apology from the young lady working there, but that was about it. I love the drive thru option but it would be nice to have some way to ensure the staff know when a customer pulls up.

Too warm in the business. We were the only ones there. No one was up and working. Tables needed wiped. She had to scrape the bottom of the pan for our dried out rice. This was at 5 pm. No guacamole. Chips were stale and not crisp at all-chewy. Asked for fresh. Was told they’d have to ask the manager??

Pretty hard to leave a 1/5 stars for a Chipotle. We are from Denver and usually really like Chipotle and appreciate the consistency that most other franchise locations seem to have figured out. All of our food was cold. The chicken was cold to the center and the black beans seemed to be either refried or overcooked because they were mush. They only party wrapped our burrito so tortilla and filling was spilled out into the bag.

I never leave reviews, but I’m so disappointed in this location in Kearney NE. I love Chipotle’s but I went there at 6:15 pm, no brown rice, very unhappy and unfriendly girl, small spoonfuls, that I had to ask for a little more please. Only the guy at register was friendly. The other older lady was not friendly either! Maybe because I’m not white!! I am a very healthy person and I will try another time, give it another chance? Good luck!
