I ordered a pizza for delivery, was contacted over 30 minutes later to be told that they have no delivery drivers so I could switch my order to pickup or just cancel it. no offer for delivery from other stores, no updates on their system that they don’t accept delivery, they’ll just continue offering delivery, letting people wait long enough that they no longer have the ability to get lunch during their lunch hour, just a complete and utter lack for any ounce of customer service.

They gave us a wrong Pizza when we picked it up. Then they won’t even take our call. We were on hold and forced to listen to commercials for over an hour before a manager finally talked to us. We were disconnected while waiting on hold more then once. It was quite unprofessional.

Ordered a Meat Topper with light cheese and got a cheese pizza. Tried to call back twice (before close) and was told that they were closed. Drivers are usually fast and efficient but this is not the first time I have modified a Meat Topper and wound up with a cheese pizza.

Ordered pizza at 1:01 arrival said 1:49-1:59am and at 2:15am. I then make a phone call and am received with the lady yelling at the phone that they are closed. Then I go outside to head to the store and to then see the pizza on the floor at another address. I do not know how long the pizza was out there for!? Very unsatisfied with my purchase. I also tipped before receiving!
