Craving dumplings and this place hit the spot. Fried dumplings was very juice! The soup dumpling was really good, good soup and thin skin! The spicy soup noodle with ground beef and vege was so flavorful. The waitress was really sweet, kept refilling our tea and checking in on us. We decide to have warm tea and they used a great quality, my kid complimented the tea. After a full meal, we went to their bubble tea shop attached. Lavender boba 50% sugar was just right! Lychee boba unable to adjust the sugar was a bit sweet. Overall it was a nice quick spot for dumplings. Did not disappoint.

I just picked up lunch at Bao Dumplings for the first time and although I never write reviews I was just so impressed by their food and service. Everything I ordered looked and tasted extremely fresh. The vegetable dumplings were perfect and have tofu in them which I rarely see in a veg dumpling and I really appreciate the extra protein! Plus they packed four house made sauces that were also super tasty and fresh. We also got some teas that were really light and refreshing. I cannot wait to explore the rest of the menu!

Love this place! I usually go to the one in freehold because they do the 3 for $10. Here they don’t…which I wish they would. We dined in. Greeted and seated immediately. Ordered our bubble tea. My taro tea was delicious but my boyfriend got the Thai tea one and his wasn’t good. After having real Thai ice tea this one taste bland. That was the only con of eating there. I recommend trying the cucumbers so delicious and refreshing! Great place to eat, pleasant waitress, delicious food. Give it a try!

Great dumplings! Great soup! Everything else was just okay… We ordered two different dumplings: chicken & onion and vegetable. They were both excellent. The vegetable fried rice was okay I guess. I expected there to be more vegetables, at least broccoli in it, but there was none. It was also very eggy. The teas were not very good. The one tasted so bad we left it on the table almost full, and the other was just an average strawberry tea. The sesame noodles were the worst part though. They were served with this peanut sauce that we were not expecting. They weren’t very good and had a terrible aftertaste. Do not recommend!!! The egg drop and miso soups were both very tasty! The miso soup was slightly on the salty side but was still good.

This place is the real deal. Dumplings made by hand for each order. The food was delicious and homemade. Right up there with Shanghai Bun and Westlake. We had the cucumber salad, wontons in spicy sauce, fried beef and onion dumplings and steamed shrimp dumplings. All four dishes were really terrific!

I had pork with scallion dumplings and garlic broccoli. The dumplings were fresh, but they were a bit bland. However, the two dipping sauces that were provided remedied this. The broccoli was cooked perfectly and very tasty. The portions were generous, and the staff was very friendly. They had a variety of seating options and pleasing decor.

Amazing, authentic made to order Buns! I was hesitant to try this local Bao bun restaurant and it surpassed all my expectations! I was so impressed that we are fortunate enough in the Bayshore area to have the hidden gem! It rivals some of the finest NY Bao bun shops. It is NOT a chain either! Not to be missed! I cannot wait to go back again!

Wow ! This place is a hidden gem !!! We ordered the pork bao soup dumplings , what a treat !!! They were so delicious. We started with a cucumber salad and it changed my whole view on cucumber , you must try it so yummy ! We also ordered the chicken and broccoli ( delicious ) I highly recommend this place !!!
