Bartolo’s is an artisan Park City restaurant featuring Italian-inspired kitchen items. We offer fantastic Brunch, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinners, 7 days a week. Locally sourced when possible, we try to keep it within a close range from Utah, from flour to eggs, cheeses, charcuterie, etc. That’s right! We serve Brunch every day, why have to wait until the weekend to have brunch? We are proud to make the majority of the menu items we do in-house, following family recipes and some other ones not so traditional.

I wandered in here last summer for breakfast on a day trip and have been thinking about it ever since. First time back in town, I made a beeline here. It did not disappoint at all. I got the Gluten-free Savory Waffle both times and it is Devine. I don’t normally eat gluten-free, but the waffle is just that good. The sauce is so delicious that I was tempted to lick my plate. The service was also great and the food came out quickly. I 100% recommend this place!

This place is amazing! We came in for a quick breakfast and everything was fantastic! The blueberry pan cake was the best thing I have ever eaten. The service was quick, Lavinia was an outstanding server. We will definitely be back!

We love it here! We’ve only come for brunch, but you can order pretty much anything and it’s delightful. I was disappointed that we didn’t come early enough to get the Mussels Spaghetti, because they’d run out, because it is so so SOOO good! Perfectly steamed mussels and fresh pasta in a briny sauce– it is delightful!

We got the egg frittata, and the chicken fettuccini (sort of), both of which were outstanding. The fettuccini has the most wonderful sauce with mushrooms and vegetables; truly delicious. The only negative was that they forgot the chicken in the …chicken fettuccini. Quite a big mistake, and they offered me a $3 refund once I realized it. Alas. Outside of this, the service was excellent, and they were very accommodating with our dogs on the patio. Get a pasta dish if you’re here.

My husband and I had breakfast here, and it was so much better than I had expected! I had the smoked trout eggs bene, and it was so good! The trout was not fishy at all and the dill was not overpowering. The hollandaise sauce was very mild and good. Service was spectacular I’m excited to go back and try the Moka pot service, hunters board, and dinner!

We had lunch here on a Friday and everything was delicious! The Bloody Mary has a great spice -just the way we like our bloody Mary’s! The Ricotta Toast was so fresh and light; but full of flavor. The beet salad was a flavor explosion in your mouth. From the homemade pesto and burratta with the delicately pickled beets- so good! One picture missing which was our main course but that too was tasty. So tasty we forgot to take a picture of the entree. If you can, order the porterhouse steak- you will not be disappointed.

Simple Italian dishes at a very casual scenery. Staff was very knowledgeable with the menu and helped all dietary changes. Italian soda’s were a hit with the kiddo’s so that was a good thing. My dish the Trout Almondine was perfectly cooked and their Broccolini were amazing!

Nice place to eat and tasty food. The garlic bread was really good and i really enjoyed the trout. The rest of the party was a bit underwhelmed and don’t plan on going back but i thought the trout i chose to eat was really good. Also the tiramisu was a crowd favorite and would suggest getting it.
