5 stars because even though the building is in need of updating and this location is frequently understaffed, the employees always seem to be doing their best. Even with impatient and rude customers to deal with, they keep their cool and keep the orders coming out as best they can.

Before I start, I LOVED this place. Me and my grandparents have been coming here for the dipped cones and basket meals since I was a young man ( about 20+ years ) and the only reason I’m leaving this review is because I know, from past experiences, that they can do better.
