Wow this location has gone DOWN hill. The last couple times the pizza has been absolutely awful. Parts completely void of cheese and overcooked. This last visit took over 1.5 hours for an online order and the pizzas were completely thrown together with the level of care I would expect out of a 2 year old throwing a tantrum. There were 7 other customers in the store, many of whom were demanding their pizza’s to be remade due to the inexcusable quality. I am done giving them chances.

Worst location to order from. Nothing is ever ready. Ordered tonight and like always. Says it’s ready and waited still over 30 mins. They’re slow and very unprofessional. I literally witnessed numerous people walk out. It’s horrible. And the pizza is either burnt or dry

For 6.00 pizza, you can’t go wrong. We accidently ordered the pretzel crust with cheese sauce, I would not recommend. The service was slow but they were also quite busy

WORST SERVICE EVER! I have now been waiting for my online order 30 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready, and I’m still waiting. The manager claimed 20 more minutes for my order to be ready, and it’s still not ready. I ordered ONE extra most bestest pepperoni pizza, and apparently, it takes an hour to make one simple pizza that was pre-ordered, mind you. When I asked for a refund, I was told to ask for one online and call corporate. I asked if anything was already ready and was told no. There is nothing in the portal, nothing ready, and yet other people are walking out with orders who did not order online… they literally drove up, placed an order, and received pizza. I’m still waiting on a refund from a different location, so a refund is not an option. It is safe to say that we will NEVER visit this or any other location ever again. The whole company has gone down the drain.
