Not getting out much during the pandemic. My daughter-in-law had to come to Randallstown to get the COVID-19 vaccine at Northwest Hospital so I met her in the parking lot after she got the shot, and we went around the corner to Oriole Pizza. She had a personal pizza with pepperoni and I had a 16 inch pizza with onions. Both were delicious. The crust was perfect. The sauce was just right and there was plenty of cheese and topping. The price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend Oriole Pizza.

They are the worst people EVERRRRR. First they take my order and when i call to find out why my food was taking long they tell me its not in their system then the say ohhh you food is right here with us!!! Smh ! Awhole hour for them and later want me to pay for delivery.

Customer service is horrible! i ordered a large pizza over the phone for pickup. i was told it would be ready in 15. i arrived to the store and there were 3 people standing at the counter not 1 acknowledged me after 12 minutes of waiting. a simple “sorry for the wait” or “someone will be right with you” would have been nice. i eventually left without my order as no one should have to wait that long… i definitely won’t be going back.

I will never order from here again. The guy that took my order messed up and then tried to blame me for his mess up. I ordered a fish sub without cheese and a order of bread sticks. When I called back he tells me I ordered the sub with cheese and they don’t make bread sticks without cheese. I informed him that I just ordered from them on Friday and they didn’t put cheese on the bread sticks, he tells me we don’t make it that way. My receipt clearly says Bread Sticks no cheese….it’s crazy that they would rather give the money back and lose a customer instead of correcting the problem.

I ordered a small pizza and a sub at 7:30 PM and I never received it. I called them at 9 PM and they had no clue about my order. I explained to them who took my order it was a young lady and I told them the total that she gave me. Instead of fixing my problem they argued back-and-forth on the phone for 10 minutes. I would not have waited this long to get food if I knew that they were disorganized like this.
