Tonight, we attended Koizi in Royal Palm Beach, FL. This was an all you can eat restaurant without the buffet. Koizi is a hibachi grill and sushi house. They have all you can eat options or you can order single items from the menu. I highly recommend the all you can eat option. For about $30, you can stuff your face with sushi, shashimi, hibachi, and appetizers.

First , this is our first time…let me tell you our first time experience in this restaurant, menu sounds amazing and sounds delicious, we start ordering our Appetizer spicy edemame, first the server serve it to us looks like is not appetizing, we taste it , taste horrible the spicy is not even spicy , I don’t know what kind of oil they put but it’s taste horrible never order that spicy edemame, second we order the sushi, love roll, spider roll and Mexican roll, the sushi is edible taste good, I don’t have complaints about the sushi. Then, we tried to order our entree, I’m trying to order the scallions noodle up charge adding the shrimp, unfortunately they can’t add or up charge the shrimp in my scallions noodles, I ask if they have spicy sauce or chilies, and the server said only Sriracha, so I saw the jalapenos in the Mexican roll I ask if I can have that on the side, she said manager and kitchen said no , my daughter fried rice is just plain rice just mix it with oil lol there’s no flavor at all! My husband beef rice the same also and we saw only one piece of scramble egg lol, taste horrible too! ….this restaurant is a joke! Expensive and they don’t wanna try to compromise and make the first time customers happy. What a disgrace serving te Asian food and they don’t wanna accommodate. Never ever come again in this place.

Wow!!! I was visiting west palm beach for a few days and managed to squeeze this place in twice and it was exquisite! I only tried them for their sushi and it did not disappoint. Pretty much ordered about 10 different rolls each visit to try it out. Service is quick and sushi is fresh. My personal favorite is the Mexican roll if you like fire in you mouth but honestly a lot of their rolls are excellent like the hokkoido, rainbow and sexy girl and their sashimi is great. It’s unlimited sushi for just about 30 some dollars a person. Their only rule is that you finish all the food you order which I find quite brilliant to prevent waste. Can’t wait to visit FL again

We’ve been a few times to this place , the sushi selection it’s excellent, other food items are great too, def come if you’re hungry. They raised their prices though I guess the economy is hard on everyone, but with the new prices it’s not worth it if you don’t eat a lot. You can get sushi dishes somewhere else and for 2 people we usually order 3 sushi dishes and it’s less money than the all you can eat here

My sister invited me because she previously had a good experience a few weeks prior. We realized immediately that the service was terrible. Our server was not personable at all and left plates on the table for way too long. When our shrimp fried rice was served, it was uncooked, cold and not fresh at all. The shrimp was cold with no flavor. When we left it on the table, the waitress asked us why we didn’t eat it, we told her we didn’t like it and that it was uncooked. Same with my avocado roll because it just didn’t taste good.
