I’ve always come here with my family and even though the food has always been excellent; the customer service especially from the woman (the big woman since they don’t wear name tags so I don’t know her name) has been extremely unnecessary and unacceptable. We ordered our drinks and she got annoyed that we didn’t order our food at the same time so she never brought our drinks after we waited for a while. When I asked her where our drinks were she said pointing to the guy “he will take your order” so yeah no drinks for us and we had to reorder.

Great authentic Salvadorian food. Delicious hearty meals, big portions and great prices. The pupusas are one of the best in the area. The caldos are all really good. This restaurant brought back memories of my grandma cooking. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try real Salvadorian food.

I’ve always come here and really enjoy their food. However, the last few times we’ve come there has been a significant decrease in customer service. The last time was today. Although the sign on the outside of the restaurant states the opening time is 9:00 am. We arrived at 9:20 and walked into the staff having breakfast. Which is okay however the reason it became a problematic in my opinion is because they should have had other staff ready to serve customers and take orders. When I asked for an item on the menu I was told I couldn’t have that because the staff was still eating and they had not finished yet. That’s when it became a problem for me because that’s a lack of professionalism and organization on the restaurants management. We walked out and let the staff have their breakfast in peace during regular business hours.

The pupusas were delicious! The sopa de Pata was delicious as well. They serve big plates! I like the plastic dividers that are being used to stay safe from COVID.

This place is good but the shady thing that the lady did was that when we paid with card, we left a cash tip. And later looked at the receipt and realized we were charged a tip from our card. So she got double. She shouldn’t be charging herself a tip. It’s something that the customer decides to give if we felt like we got good service or not, something we get to choose not her.
