My husband and I waited in line in the drive through for over 20 mins after we ordered and we finally get the window and are told they are out of bread and our options where doing lettuce wraps, minis or cancelling the order. the frustrating part wasn’t that they ran out of bread but that they didn’t tell us they were out when we ordered…. There was only 2 cars ahead of us and still waited over 20 mins.

I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and no one answered me. I drove to the drive up window and honked and was ignored. I called on the phone to order and when I asked what the deal was I was told by the manager his headset had died.

Our company is a couple of blocks from JJ’s and we use them for individual orders A LOT, and hiccups in their service have been so rare I have no memory of them. I work our front desk, and I love their delivery people. Today, though, they really came through for us. Another restaurant COMPLETELY ditched our big catering order without telling us. We ordered a ton of food online and JJ’s immediately called us to make sure that it was indeed that many sandwiches and that we did indeed want them ASAP. They were totally great and wouldn’t let me apologize for the short notice/huge order at all. They carried to our car and were awesome about it from beginning to end. Thanks so much for bailing me out, guys.

Not sure if it’s just because this location is way understaffed, but it’s now taken about an hour and a half two different times to get my sandwhich. It used to be so fast. The delivery drivers are usually very kind.

Extremely slow…trapped in the drive through for going on 40 minutes with cars in front and behind. There are people walking in and out with orders. No one has come out to explain what’s going on and they won’t answer the phone. This is ridiculous! I have to get back to work but I’m stuck!
