Would not Recommend coming here. I was recently a manager at this location and got fired for literally DOING MY JOB. But here you go photos of what I witnessed here at this location and how the other staff is serving their customers and also the reason I got fired. All I asked was for them do do their jobs the Taco Bell way. And for those who don’t know. These ARE CRITICAL TO CUSTOMERS AND TOTALLY AGAINST FOOD SAFETY!

I don’t expect much from Taco Bell, but this is a new low. I placed an online order then went inside to get it. They ended up giving my order away to the drive thru so I waited over 20 minutes for them to remake my food. When I finally got my food, this is what it looked like. Half wrapped, half filled, and the wrong drinks. There was no one else in line or in the drive thru so they had plenty of time to make my order correctly.

Poor, horrible Customer Service! The little girl who works at the drive-through window with the red curly hair, has a very bad attitude and does not know how to interact with customers. Why work in customer service if you don’t want to work with people. Again we are bringing money to your establishment. I asked the young lady what type of drinks do they have because it is not listed on the menu she just says Pepsi products. Well, I guess that told me all the Pepsi products they had?! She’s huffing and puffing and acting as if she does not want to be at work. These businesses want our money, but then you hire rude people. Hire someone else. Get someone else to do it! then, when you call up there, they do not answer the phone. Thank you for doing me a favor, I will stop spending my money here!

Due to construction it’s not easy access, however the friendly staff accuracy of my order and timely delivery makes it worth the effort. The facility was clean and the condiments well stocked. I’ll be back even with the traffic construction mess.

Idk what going on at this Taco Bell but the people seem to hate they jobs and in return the food is terrible and not properly prepared. My food either missing something at times or sold to me cold or stale. You get all the attitude from the register, once I had a casher shove my food at me before I got a chance to pay and with out asking if I wanted sauces or any napkins . I had to ask her could I at-least pay for my food. The management must suck if the employees are acting out like that to they customers.

Taco Bell will be Taco Bell but there is an amazing lady named Julia that works there now and omg she is amazing!!!! She is very friendly and caring. She was very helpful. I love her attitude and she needs a pay raise immediately!! Taco Bell needs more customer service members like Julia.

This place needs new management. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a franchise store because they always seem to have the bare minimum as far as food. Try ordering new items from the app… they’re “out” of the main ingredients to make it (probably never had it.) You want Baja blast? You’re getting seltzer water because they either don’t replace the soda syrup or they just don’t order it. 9 times out of 10 I’m missing something and don’t realize until I get home.

I was unable to even order anything, there were only two people working (they were super friendly), and so you can imagine how slow it was. Their drive thru was not even open due to the fact that there was only two people working. I feel so bad for the two people that actually showed up to work.

This Taco Bell is a hot mess. Not enough ppl working, slow service, long lines, all the Door Dashers canceled their orders bc it wasn’t worth it to wait. Something about not enough ground beef or beans & waiting on more help to show up. Regardless, the employees were nice & apologetic.
