Staff was nice i guess. I had a blonde girl make my sandwich. I will say when someone gets a veggie sub. Maybe make sure there’s veggies on. My sandwich was sad and wimpy won’t come back.

I’m not personally a fan of Jimmy John’s but the family is. I went to pick up an online order and I was impressed with the customer service!! I saw 4 people working. And all 4 were giving outstanding customer service. The food was good (I’m just more of a burger guy) but I’d go back just because of the service! Thanks to that crew for making it such a great experience.

Tried going on a Saturday afternoon for lunch at 3:45 but front door locked and on a little piece of scratch paper said closed due to staffing shortage. Tried opening door and as I turned away I could hear employees banging on the counters, hooting and hollering like animals. This place definitely needs management or maybe a name change to St. Louis Zoo. Not sure how this place is still in business? I went to Arby’s across the street instead that was fully staffed and had no issues!

This place has the worst service ever. 1st time May 24th they didnt deliver the food. Never called to cancel. Order one month later they didnt give me my free sandwich that they gave me. I called and asked for the manager to get credit and she said she couldnt help me. I asked for a manager and she said was. But couldnt fix my problem. I will never use this Jimmy Johns again twice in a month with no delivery or product. Not excusable get control of your store.

Ordered 2 sandwiches on the app because there was a discount. This was the 1st time I have ever had JJ. I wasn’t impressed. The sandwiches were tiny. Not very much inside at all. 1 layer of meat and cheese. A sprinkling of lettuce and pickles. The bread was bland. If this is how their food always is, I wonder why people come back.

Manager of this store is the rudest person ever. I simply asked if I could get a sandwich remade and I was told that if I really wanted a remake, I would have to place another order. You make sandwiches for a living, you think you would be a decent person.

My kids love Jimmy Johns so we grab sandwiches from there pretty often. 4 stars instead of 5 only because you never know what sort of service you’re going to get. Sometimes the staff is so friendly and helpful and other days they look disgruntled and like you’re very presence is annoying them (this is during the same time just different days- usually around 2pm so it’s not anywhere near closing time). The establishment is clean and they move through orders pretty quickly.
