Ordered carry out on Halloween like I always do every year. Got there to pick up and half my order had mistakenly been sent out on delivery. I had to wait for my whole order to be recooked. I would give a low score for that, however the staff, who was clearly overwhelmed by the volume of orders that night which imo is not their fault, was extremely nice and very apologetic for the mishap. The manager then came out and gave me a certificate for a free Beast pizza for the inconvenience. He was very nice and stood there talking w me for several minutes explaining how crazy it is on Halloween and apologized several times for what happened. I’ve gone to/ordered from this Snappy for many many years and they’ve always had great service and food.

Was planning to eat somewhere else so on a whim, just stopped in here for convenience. So glad I did. The food was made so fresh and delicious. Amber was absolutely wonderful!!! Her service and attention was perfect on every extension. Very positive and kind.

I hate changing my review, normally this location is excellent never had an issue, but this most recent visit the calzones were so burnt they were black on bottom. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the service there is usually excellent. The food is awesome normally. I am hoping it was just an off night.
