Destiny and Amber were awesome! Explained everything thoroughly and was super customer friendly. The establishment was clean and smelled like fresh pizza! One of the photo machines didn’t work and no tech was on duty but still 10/10!!!!!

Air conditioning not working. It was very hot in there. Everyone was fanning themselves with plates. I asked and was told it had been that way for awhile. One server actually said “you know there is a heat wave on the east coast”. It was so hot I literally went out to my car just to cool off. The kids were sweating and miserable. The restrooms were filthy too!!!!! I have been to Chuck E Cheese at many locations. This was the worst experience I have ever had. My daughter paid alot of money for her daughters birthday party. Total waste of money!!!!!

My first time I brought my children and niece to this location a week ago was a pleasant and friendly visit. The floor staff were very helpful with offering to delivery my pizza to my table while I tend to my disabled son. The other children played nice with my children and niece. They were able to get a turn on all of the games freely without pushing, shoving, and hogging from the other children, the restroom was well kept, and the play area as well as the eating area was clean. Whenever I’m in the neighborhood again I would definitely bring my family back.

We have been here twice and had the same experience both times. Most of the employees act miserable and annoyed that you’re there. Tonight we went for our daughters 4th birthday (we didn’t have a full out party we just took her to play) and one of the employees took our belongings and put it in the lost and found and threw our drink away. When we asked where our stuff was they told us it’s probably in lost and found but “we probably threw your drink away” I’d understand if you were closed/closing and found left behind stuff but we were only there for 30 minutes max and it was hours before you closed another thing which isn’t the business fault is that most of the parents don’t watch their children and let them run over other kids. A little boy pushed my daughter away from one of the games and kept saying “bye”. Not giving less stars because of how parents act but some parents need to teach their kids better.

It’s a very fun place for kids but if you don’t like noise then take eat plugs lol when they are packed .The food is good but to pricey you should get more food for the prices we pay ! They no longer give kids coins for the machines they give them a credit card to carry around. This is easy to lose because kids run around to machine to machine and leave it laying in the machines sometimes.I went to the dollar store and purchased a key ring necklace for around your neck to hook the credit card to so my grandson wouldn’t lose it.There is a parking lot with handicap parking and the side wall is accessible for a wheel chair and the restraunt is also. Double doors are great for security and they mark you and you children with an invisible pen with a number no ine is aloud to take a child out the doors with out checking in at the first for your numbers .It’s a fun place but way to expensive the prices should be better or the food more quanity but the kids have fun playing !
