Got a chunky iced americano with no ice. It was a watered down chunky 4 dollar cup of garbage. Asked them to remake and gave me the exact same chunky coffee trying to pass it off as a new one. Waste of money and time.

I tend to stop at this location when I’m driving on I-80. It’s easy to find, easy on/easy off from the interstate, right by Casey’s where I get gas. I just wish they had more flavor options from which to choose, but I understand that, being a chain, they are more limited

The staff here is awesome never have any issues with that. Sometimes service can be a little slow in the Drive-Thru. If I notice the a long line. I will go in and get my drinks instead and be back out with them before the car that I would have been behind even orders.

First time Scooter’s customer and I am impressed!! After asking for the list of sugar free flavors in the drive thru (which there is a decent list of options) I was unsure of which flavor…caramel and mocha both sounded good in my black coffee. The staff member taking the order proactively added, “or we could do a snickers or turtle.” What?!
