Food was delicious, but bathrooms desperately needed some attention. I’m sure this was probably only due to terribly messy customers and staffing shortage. Staff was very friendly and hard working, and our order came out very quickly. It is sad that customers can’t be respectful in bathrooms, especially since this restaurant is located in a nicer shopping area.

I live above Noodles and Co., they haven’t fixed their HVAC for two months. I have to listen to all hours of the day loud, rumbling noises. Evenings and night are the absolute loudest. My apartment walls and floor shake. The apartment manager has talked to them, I have called. But still, the HVAC hasn’t been fixed. Two months! Absolutely ridiculous, and completely disrespectful to a tenant and my life. I will never, ever eat at a Noodles & Co. again.

Love this place!! Come here all the time and had the most amazing food. Their noodles and pasta are from all around the world and have all different flavors. You can also mix and match what you want, or create your own. They also have sides options and appetizers for if you’re really hungry, or you are not hungry at all. The workers there are really nice and helpful, and they take very little time to make their noodles. The only thing that annoys me is that their portions are very small. Even though they are small, though, the portions are still pretty filling. I also forgot to mention that at Noodles and Company they sell a healthier option of noodles, if you’re going on a diet or just want to eat healthy, called zoodles. It is zucchini swirled into swirls that look like noodles. They also offer gluten free noodles. I love Noodles and Company and you should go try it if you haven’t already!

I’m doing one star because I can’t do zero stars. I went here yesturday with my entire family and we all got food poisoning. I’m not sure if it’s the cleanliness that the workers dont wash there hands and dont wear gloves or the fact that they are cheap and don’t want to throw expired food away. So they feed it to the customers anyway. EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I love this place! Noodles & Company is the best! Super quick and easy to order! I ordered their regular soup and Korean beef. The flavor was really amazing, the quality is good, and the price is fair. I am really impressed at how they served the food and how creative they are. Their offers are really great and affordable. They are one of the best Noodles spots here in this area of Glenview. Can’t compare it to other stores because their place is very unique and cozy. This is definitely a hidden gem of this city. Amazing food at such affordable prices. The noodles are well-cooked, the veggies are fresh, and the taste of the soup is everything! It is really beyond my expectations. The quality is really appreciated. The staff here was very nice, friendly, helpful, and very attentive. They really help customers who needed something. Even just for taking pictures, you can ask for their assistance. All of them are decent and professional. They are also fast workers and they serve all the orders right. No need to worry if your orders will be served on time and right. Everyone working at this place is really great! Will definitely be back soon! Thank you Noodles & Company for your amazing service! I ordered Pad Thai (which is really good) for delivery and the Pad Thai was delivery with cilantro and no shrimp that was ordered. I spoke to the manager Victoria who was every helpful and she sent me the correct food. That is good customer service

Usually very happy with the orders in the past, but tonight family said the penne Rosa with grilled chicken was lacking sauce and noodles were dry. They urged me not to go to this location again. I won’t risk such a disappointing meal again. Also this location requires you to order on the app, even when at the restaurant. Everything is impersonal and all food is in stapled bags, so you can’t really know what yo have until you get home or open it up. I do have to say they had our order of bad food ready to go right away, which is no consolation.
