I ordered a double beef n cheddar and they gave me a double beef no sauce no cheddar just meat. I’m so upset because I am pregnant and was craving the real deal and I’m at work and they’re closed such an inconvenience. Had to put ketchup and mayo on it just to eat it and I cried.

Register girl was great. Dude working with hat had a true I don’t give a S#!t attitude. Cold fries and more on the serving tray than in the fry container as he had to replace them because he got to order wrong.

The guys working were very polite and pleasant . Which was a nice change. However quality checks need to be implemented in this new world of non-order. Very frustrating to spend over $22 only to get home and discover not only the sauces missing, but some of the meal. It shouldn’t be this hard, to make sure stuff gets into the bags. Hopefully process improvements can be put into place to better train crew to care.

Went here for lunch break today and sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes. Nobody said a word or responded to me asking if they were ready to take my order. Nobody at the window either. Really nice that I wasted half of my lunch break and had to go back to work without a stomach void of copious amounts of curly fries and horsemeat.

Stopped in tonight and ordered the new hot heat/sweet heat chicken sandwich, no lettuce no tomato and I get a regular plain sopped in mayo chicken patty.. on bread.. not spicy.. nothing… Pretty upset I got charged what 12 bucks, got it and I lost my appetite after 2 bites case it’s not what I ordered…
