Love DQ, but every night at 8 they put all the chairs up on the tables like they want you out of there… and they’re open until 10! They act like coming in at 9 is an inconvenience to them. This is not the fun place to get ice cream after a ball game or recital that I remember as a kid. Management needs to teach the staff that open until 10 means people can expect to have full service until 10

This is genuinely the worst place I have eaten in Rupert. It used to be very good and a nice addition to the town under the old management. Since new management has taken over though, it has gotten undeniably worse. Food quality has gone down, cleanliness of the restaurant has also dappered quite a bit. I keep giving chances to this restaurant hoping it will be better than the last but I end up leaving more disappointed than the last time. Half the time my toast isn’t toasted, which I can ignore, but its kind of hard to believe I pay at least 10 bucks for 3 or 4 strips of burnt, old, or undercooked chicken, I honestly don’t know how they can eve ben considered strips let alone a meal when I can go down the street just a bit to Burgers etc. and get a bigger and better meal for the exact same price. Needless to say, hopefully someone higher up the chain, either Ridleys or DQ corporate can get it sorted out to where theres actual good food and a manager there that cares about the work she is doing.

Went in to get something quick for dinner. I walked in and there were a group of girls at the counter. Two of them appeared to be employees. They all just kind of stared at me. The girl behind the counter tried to get the other two girls that must have been friends to step aside but they didn’t. It seemed they were more interested in socializing with friends than providing service to customers.

Best dairy queen in my opinion, I live pretty close so I go quite often, food is freshly cooked 95% of the times I’ve gone, and they are always super nice and offer pup cups for my dogs. Whoever left the low reviews are bad customers. And it’s cheaper than the burley. All the low reviews blow my mind.

I placed my normal order and the dollar amount was higher than normal. When I showed a receipt from the week prior the cashier went to her manager and the manager just told the cashier that the prices had gone up. In reality they entered the wrong size of BLIZZARD. POOR SERVICE WHEN THE MANAGER IS A LIAR!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered 2 4 peace tender basket & a 6 and missed some tenders! Idc about the missing but it’s charging me for something I NEVER GOT ! Then for my drink I ordered a Dr Pepper’s they gave me root beer! HOW DOES ROOT BEER SOUND LIKE DR PEPPER !!! & I’m not even from here THANK GOD I WILL NEVER STOP THERE AGAIN !
