The manager here was so rude and being very violent towards me while my son is in the back seat. I was in the drive thru line making sure everything was correct for my sons happy meal and still waiting for my other order. While doing so the manager (Hispanic heavy set lady) was literally screaming at me saying all the sauces were in the bag repeatedly. This was so uncalled for. My son is literally hearing this women screaming at me and scaring my son. This was July 30, 2023 at 12:50pm.

Really bad service. We ordered on the kiosk as nobody was behind the counter (we still like face to face interaction, yes I am old) The kiosk asks you for a table number as supposedly they will take the food to your table, nope that didn’t happen. Another customer did the same, get a table number, they called out his order number and since he was in the play area he didn’t hear it. The manager told one of the employees to take the food to the customer as they were not going to come and get it (table number, remember) and the employee just ignored her. A couple of minutes later the customer came to get his food. The manager didn’t even apologize. Really bad service. Oh, the location was not full

It’s 7pm on Saturday and the lobby is closed. Trying to pick up a door dash and I have to wait in the drive through to pick up the food. Not acceptable. Also, I tried to call to see if there was a way to pick up the food without waiting on the drive though line, and it was “busy”

I ordered for curbside pickup through the app. Upon arrival and checking in the app said 2-5 minutes for my food to be brought out to me. I waited 15 minutes then called. The lady that answered was rude and had an attitude when I asked how long it would be and said I had to come in or go through the drive thru then hung up. I went inside and when she gave me my food she basically threw the food on the counter in front of me. I took my food to my car to check ifi had the whole order and the fries were thrown on top and cold. I went back in to get it fixed and the lady ignored me then when she came up to my I said I wanted someone else as she was rude and she snapped at me and said I was rude then stated there was nobody else there to help me. Another worker came up and I explained what was going on and that I just wanted to have my fries replaced as nobody likes cold fries, she was nice and helped me

The only good thing about this McDonalds as it has a kids Play Space which McDonalds isn’t building anymore. Service is slow in the drive-thru which is typical for most fast food places post-pandemic. They screwed up my order more than once here.
