I ordered from this place expecting a good and hot meal, my family and I were staying a week at ocean walk hotel. The wait time was ridiculous, we waited a good hour for our food, when we got a 15 minute or so estimate. They were also very rude on the phone when we were ordering. When we got to the delivery guy down stairs he gave me a receipt to sign and that was it. I asked for another receipt and he refused to give me one. My family gave them the cash for their other order and got their receipt though. My order turned out to be $10 overcharged, when we called back later on to ask about it they said it was because of the delivery fee but the delivery fee was only supposed to be $5. My order contained loaded fries, which were cold and looked as if they were left overs. My family’s order also included a 2 liter of soda and garlic knots, the garlic knots were practically frozen and the 2 liter we received was the wrong kind of soda. When we called the restaurant about all of this they said that they’d send the correct the soda and a receipt with a delivery man. After about a 30 minute wait we called back to see where the delivery man was, there wasn’t one. They said they weren’t going to be sending a delivery man and refused to at least send the correct soda to us, the entire phone call was very rude and hostile when we were being perfectly reasonable and calm, there was no reason to behave this way towards us. By the end of the call we were told the owner would give us a call in 5 minutes to speak about the situation, that call never came. Throughout both of those phone calls we could not get a singular sentence out without being interrupted by the worker on the phone. Our night ended without our correct food, the wrong soda, and lots of money spent to be spoken to as if we were in the wrong for expecting the services we paid for. This was horrible and I hope absolutely no one else has to experience this disappointing disaster of a restaurant. It is disgusting that people are treated this way by this restaurant and I encourage anyone who wants correct, hot food and basic human respect to take your business elsewhere because that is most certainly not what you are going to receive here.

What a shirty pizza! This is not typo… He dropped our slice. Caught it in his shirt looked us in our eye’s, and put it on The plate with his bear hand’s. The Ranch was sour! Now we have gas… scary….

THE WORST PIZZA I have ever had. Didn’t think you could get a PIZZA that tasted bland, but this place did it! Couldn’t find our Hotel and then yelled at us saying it was our fault they couldnt find it. Funny thing was we had their flyer in our room. It looks great and fancy but totally taking advantage of tourists. They hung up on us, the manager and driver started cussing each other out while we were on the phone and then once we got it we were missing part of the order. We called and the manager yelled again that we didn’t order it. Honestly I don’t know if we did or not because they wouldn’t give us a receipt. Please stay away unless you are looking for the worst Puzza in Daytona beach!!

Terrible food. The veg sub was bread with vegetables no sauce no cheese no salt or pepper. The eggplant parmesan sub had barely any sauce and eggplant was stale. The white pizza had a blob of cheese in the center only.

We have loved this pizza place for years, so I was nervous hearing it was under new owners. The pizza was delicious as ever! We were even going to take some home but didn’t get back that way to buy it. We didn’t care for the garlic knots, but those were just extras. Try their pizza!

By far the worst chicken bacon ranch I’ve ever seen. I’ve been a returning customer for quite some time and I’m guessing they changed owners or something because I’ve never been so disappointed to receive a $20 pizza an hour later than I was expecting. What a joke.

This store is under New Management now went here last night and found out going to miss the some of the old staff I went here for a few years off and on. But you know things change and businesses change and grow. Met the new owner you seem to be a really nice guy and the guy that was working out the counter good service friendly smile pizza was fresh and greasy and very very delicious had the pepperoni and cheese

My family came here on summer vacation and when we were ordering the lady at the counter was being so rude and disrespectful to me and my parents who have accents and they were cutting us off and everything. When we sat down and they gave us our food, there was oil and grease literally melting the plate and there were flies EVERYWHERE. They also had roaches a lot of roaches. This place is not a healthy atmosphere to be serving food, making food, or eating it. The staff are rude and discriminatory. Definitely not coming again on our next vacation and wouldn’t recommend it.
