Easy Street started as a small 10×10 pop-up tent operation in a parking lot in East Hollywood in February of 2020. Originally, it was formed as a passion project to focus on creating and serving our version of a smash burger in Los Angeles. Upon two years of operation as a pop-up food stand, Easy Street successfully opened its first ever brick and mortar in Studio City CA in 2022.

If you love a good smash burger, Easy Street is the spot for you. The single doesn’t seem to have much meat on it but you can’t expect much else from a smash burger. If you get a double you’ll probably be more satisfied. The overall experience was great, sauce is exceptionally good, and the fries are perfect. Would come back I give the burger a 8.6/10

A friend and myself drove all the way from San Diego, and I had a great to amazing experience at Easy Burger. I went with a friend and found this hidden gem like in n out burger type restaurant and yum it was delicious burger and fries. I got the cheese fries with sauce on it no onions and same double smash burger with added bacon. The burger was so delicious from the first bite to the last and fries were a great combo that I’d recommend eating first before they lost the hot warmth they’re great. They’re service was great and very helpful and atmosphere was pleasant with Goodfellows movie on in the background I’d go here again and again!!

This is one of THE BEST burger joint in LA for sure. Their burger is smashed, juicy inside, crispy on edged, the bun is perfect, the sauce is saucing. Do urself a favour and give them a try. Their customer service is such a great vibe every single time i come here. Simple and beautiful.
