I had to try the double down before it disappears from the menu! I’ve been inside before but today I went through the drive-thru. Service was excellent and in fact they caught that they rang my order up as a Box lunch instead of the double down meal and promptly refunded me the difference. I was in such a hurry that I would have never noticed even with my receipt in hand. It wasn’t much of a difference in price, but shows that they care and are watching out for the customer.

Great chicken prepared just right and tasted great. Have not had any KFC in a while because of a bad experience with this location. They closed down redone and rehired all new staff and they seem to be doing okay. The food was prepared right and tasted great. It was hot and all of the fixings were hot and tasted great . Thank you KFC for the wonderful service this time and hopefully everytime.

Absolutely RUDE female- Just left this location, and the lady LITERALLY yelled at me when I did not understand her correctly. They were insistent that they did not want me to wait on the 8 piece family meal because they did not have 8 pieces of chicken, so she “Mixed” it. Very strange place. Nasty, Angry lady!

I don’t understand why this place supposed to be open at 10:30. People inside the door still locked at 10 36 and nobody answered drive thru but standing in it. This is the worst one in Spartanburg. They fuss in front of costumers get smart with costumers. Close it back up

The food was cold and thrown in box with no presentation. They were very rude and racist towards my wife and kids, customer service was very poor, both managers was very disrespectful. I would not recommend this KFC at all.

It’s really annoying when you walk in this establishment to pick up a delivery, no one greets you, they avoid eye contact at all costs so they don’t have to assist u, and FINALLY after 10+ minutes they MAY start getting your order ready. And 10+ minutes is being generous. They really need to get their stuff together.
