The woman working there was soo nice and it was a really unique experience. I had gotten a mushroom and green pepper pizza and it came out super hot, which is automatic 4 stars. On top of that, she was super polite and she sold us a small pepper shaker for 1 dollar which I never have had. I just thought this place is really nice and seriously, this place should have a 5 star rating because the 1 star people are lying.

My pick up order was 20 mins behind the time I should have received it. Although I selected curbside, I had to go inside and wait. The restaurant did not look sanitary and the kitchen was cluttered with non-food items. Although I paid for this order I left after the long wait and disgust of this location and lack of customer service. I will be posting a public review.

I ordered a pizza at 10: 30 4 PM hour ago pass I have not received a pizza. Call them they told me that is closed and that the manager will call me the next day. They delivered the pizza and gave my pizza to somebody else they were supposed to call me when they came in which they didn’t, they have the wrong number here I did not give her this number I’m highly upset.

The customer service was great but the quality of the food was not. Our pizza sauce (red sauce) had a very odd chemical taste. We have been twice and both times the pizza sauce tasted very odd.

Honestly the app, the website, the “customer service,” the quality…it’s all terrible. I placed an order, triple checking my address was input correctly and my instructions were updated. Upon checking out, it removed my apartment number. I called the store probably 20 times total. Sometimes the IVR wouldn’t accept my number input, but most times it just rang until it eventually hung up on me. I tried to call the customer service line. They were more focused on getting the words of their script out than actually listening to my query and speaking to me like a human being. They finally told me they cannot help me after 15 minutes of scripting. Now I’ve been charged for pizza I probably won’t get because the address is incorrect and no one at this store answers the phone. 0/10 would never recommend.

Always a bad experience here, but yesterday was beyond unacceptable. I placed an order and after waiting a little over an hour I contacted the store since I had not received my order yet. I was then told that my driver was unable to make it to the address because the road was closed. Here is the “closed road” having cars driving on it. Not only, was that not true but they could have at least contacted me so I can order from somewhere else before places closed. Just terrible.

Pizza was ordered to have extra cheese…this is clearly not extra cheese. The crust on the pizza was extremely dry..no buttery crust no garlic. The pizza was warm- but not hot. Seeing as how I am in the hospital with my kid and he wanted pizza to celebrate the fact that his biopsy surgery results just came back negative for relapsed cancer I really expected that Pizza Hut would be trustworthy to make what we ordered correctly. They failed. Also, my son wanted wings..I ate one of them and the chicken was super dry so my guess is they must have over cooked them. I ordered this at 10:30 am and set it for 11:30. The only thing that was accurate about this whole experience was that the delivery driver was here at 11:30 as requested. Since I decided to leave a review- I noticed that there are several bad reviews on this particular location. From now on I’ll make sure to pick a different location while we are here.
