These guys are slowly slipping into poor service. Order for pick up they tell you a time you’ll arrive to find your food had been done for the past 15 minutes and its already luke warm from sitting under heating lamps. You order delivery to hear over an hour wait for it. Offer to pick it up and your told the same time frame for pick up. The attitude you get from the people taking your order doesn’t help either. My recommendation is there are 5 other pizza places in town try them instead.

Took almost two hours to get our food. The first time I called they said it was out for delivery. I called again, they said he had a lot of deliveries. I let them know it’s been 2 hours since I ordered. About 10 min later, our food showed up cold, and dry. This has not been the first time Padrones has done this. They normally have great food, but this has been reoccurring.

Very, very good place. We’ve never been let down: they’ve always had good service and really good food. Honestly, I’m not in love with the pizza in the area but that’s not a knock on Padrone’s. For the type of pizza in the region, they offer good stuff. As far as pizza goes, everyone’s taste is different and often it’s what you’re “used to” or what you grew up with as a kid. I had to give them 5 stars because we’ve been ordering here for years and we’ve not one had a problem. All the other stuff (subs, appetizers, etc) that I’ve tried have been good.

My dad owns this place, but I’m writing a true review. The food is amazing. If you go to the one in Wapak, the tables are a tad sticky, but that doesn’t stop you from enjoying the food. Though its a pizza place, they make almost anything from pizza to wings to fries to a few different dessert pizzas. I’d definitely suggest this to someone.

Incredibly friendly staff, and they easily have the best pizza in town. They always tell you 45 minutes but it usually takes less time. 10/10 every time. (And we order pizza atleast 3 times a week.)

Under new ownership, first time we ordered under new owners, the owner himself delivered the pizza and didn’t want to take my tip! lol!! He was polite about it, NOT rude in any way but after I insisted that he took it he replied with “ok, I’ll just give it to the kiddos when I get back to the store, thank you sir!” Since then we have ordered quite a few times and each time the food has been top notch!! Its a no brainer for my family when it comes to “who to call for pizza”
