They were “out” of a lot of things and were more concerned about leaving work. Aka they didn’t want to make more food. The service was friendly but greated us and then immediately told us they were gonna close in an hour. Customers don’t want to hear that. You should be open until the hours posted on the door.

After stopping by this particular location, as well as others, and always issuing the Grand Sampler, substituting one item, gluten free penne, I’ve finally run into a first. MANAGER Torrie, without offering any concessions, up charge or anything, she simply says, “Nope, can’t do that….” After never having such a response before, I persisted, asking what could be done. After her explaining about not losing her job over the sub and how everyone else that had done it, nationwide, was stealing from the company, she finally agreed to make it for an additional $2.79. No problem, I’ll pay.

We waited 20 mins before someone took our order. When my husband asked what was taking so long they said they had a big order. I can understand that but it doesn’t take 3 people to pack one order. The cashier then gave us a nasty attitude so we asked to see the manager. The cook came out and proceeded to have a conversation with the cashier about how customers always want to be the center of attention. The manager finally came out and tried to make excuses for their behavior. I told her what the cook had said and about the attitudes. She told the cook you can’t say things like that customer is always right. The girl said well I’m not going to ever be able to do that, I am going to speak my mind. I have been in customer service as a store manager for 30 years and I have never seen such poor customer service in my career. These two girls would have been written up or fired in most places. The bright side is the food was good.

first time coming to this place and to be honest started good with ladie front the cashier I let her know it eat in…some how my food was made to go and the second ladie just came and throw my food at the tablet and she just said I made it to go..I was like!? why did you have to throw it??….She needs to have a better manners at customers.. I’m not sure if is normal of her but just fixed this issue….on the other hand food was good and the cashier…

This food absolutely left a lot to be desired. The sauce definitely lacked flavor, I had to add crushed red pepper just to make it somewhat better. I also ordered a house salad but received a caesar salad instead and boy was that salad wimpy. I also ordered bacon glazed wings and those were quite delicious! I also enjoyed the free bread they brought to the table. Now time for desert and my $5 piece of cheesecake that was definitely smaller than I expected, it tasted good but honestly expected something a little bit bigger.

Fazoli’s is located inside the TA truck stop. I ordered the Grand Sampler. All the items were good except the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. It needs an upgrade in sauce & seasoning.

It was pretty good got the Fettuccine Alfredo and a Salad. The customer service was on point and they were nice , let me take my time ordering when they knew it was my 1st time trying this place. I would reccomend going here if you want to try out a little lower class Italian spot, but it’s still 5 stars in my eyes for the good customer support and food!!

Fazoli’s is a travel experience for us. We can only get it outside of our home state. Unfortunately, when we stopped at this one they were not serving subs, there was a 15 minute wait for lasagna and anything with meat sauce, the person at the counter was complaining about everyone showing up at closing time which was 2 hours away. There was only a lady at the counter and a family of 4 in front of us. We ended up leaving and if I recall correctly both the lady at the counter and the family ended up leaving.
