I am so done with Pizza Hut. The entire corporation, but Cassville store apparently has a management problem. It is the managers duty to keep inventory and product supply balanced with product distributed. You can not run an individual store in a national chain that has media apps and online ordering for every store with insufficient supplies.

Got the order wrong…putting jalapeños ON the pizza when I ordered a side of jalapeños. Then, could NOT produce a hard copy of the order, which suggests they are pocketing the money. And no sweet tea…was told by the waitress that sweet tea wasn’t made that day! On a Saturday of Memorial Day weekend? Really? Finally, had to take what was left of our order to the front, as the waitress never checked on us, explained that I needed a to go box…she went to get one, said “there ya go” and set it on the counter. We’re done with all pizza huts.

Never, ever, ever again. Ordered a hand tossed pepperoni, got a thin crust. Ordered a thin crust meat lovers, it came with a hair in it. Manager and waitress extremely rude. Offered to pay for our salads and drinks and manager replied, “YOU CAN JUST GO, I’M NOT WORRIED ABOUT IT” We went to the front to pay anyway and waitress said, “You owe nothing” We had to force her to get us a ticket for the salads and drinks (which was almost $20, which is beyond ridiculous) and she had a horrible attitude and so did the manager. We will be calling corporate. This is extremely ridiculous

We ordered a Hand Tossed And got a Greasy thin crust! We told them we ordered a Hand Tossed! His reply was this is Hand Tossed! The crust was terrible so greasy it was like a sponge! Then we asked for a box! They brought us a box that had already had a pizza in it with sauce spelt in it! Cassville was one of the best around! But this trip was terrible!!

They have improved sooooo much!! We go on Sundays for lunch and their salad bar us awesome! The buffet is well kept and I love the waitress! She’s so sweet. Perfect personality for doing what she does. Don’t know her name tho.

We ordered a Supreme pizza. arrived with Pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms. And one of the crumbled meats, was so burnt could not tell which one. I called and they offered to remake. Ok please do. $18.00 for a 3 topping pizza a little much. New pizza arrives; Same thing other than they threw a couple of onions on it. This time not only was the crumbled meat burnt, so was the crust. This is the worst Pizza we have ever bought from Any Pizza Hut. What a rip off. We usually do Casey’s, we will continue to do Casey’s!
