I was so excited to try Dai Ho. Service was very nice. My wife got the dry minced meat noodle and I got the Taiwanese beef stew. I ordered the small side dishes and unbeknownst to me, it was so pricy. I felt the noodles at $18 is fine and minced meat noodles was $14. The mustard green came in a small tupper ware container and it was $12, tofu skin with jalapeño and anchovies was $14, peanuts with brine shrimp was $16? There was no price on the side items and my bill was almost $80 for two people. Food was great, I just wish I knew the price of things and it was labeled before I bought it. $16 for peanuts felt too high, if I had known it would have been fine. In general I still love this place, food was very good but just wish I knew the prices.

4.4 does not do it justice here. Unbelievable noodle spot. Sides are boxed in plastic containers therefore you can just take the containers with you of you cannot finish your food. Fantastic spot and a must try! I tried their beef Noodle Soup. Their menu is only a handful of items and they do it really well!!

My weekly noodle place when I lived in LA. It has some hard core fans among Asians in the community. My absolute favorite was the sesame noodle extra spicy and chicken soup. I went back again today after over 3 years away and it’s still so satisfying. It can get crowded pretty fast and they only serve lunch. Expect to spend $20 to $30 per person here. It’s premium noodle place.

Delicious meal. Simple restaurant with fast service. Good prices. Their most popular, the beef stew soup noodles, was delicious. Definitely try out some of the side dishes that can be found at the counter.

So yummy. I had the beef noodle soup. My date had the pork been dry noodle. Both were delicious. I also tried their plum juice. That’s was also a great surprise.

We heard about this place from our son who lives in San Diego. It was kind of odd that we haven’t been to this place even though it’s very close to where we live.

Come for the beef noodle soup. The other small plates of marinated foo chuk (bean curd sheets), beef tripe, and pickled green papaya are refreshing cold dishes from their piping hot soups.

If you love beef noodle soup, save your breath and just go to this place every single time. I live in the heart of LA and I’ll drive here if I’m craving it.

Pretty good when you’re missing some Taiwanese food. It’s authentic and taste like home. I wish the cold noodle have more cucumbers than 5-7 thin slices. The bean curd for the Bean curd strips salad (涼拌干絲) could have more bite to the texture. Flavors for the cold noodle and bamboo shoots were really good.
