The Angus Original burger was very good but messy. It tends to drip a lot. I’m glad I decided to eat it in-house instead of in my car. The onion rings were good but had more batter than onion and were just a bit overcooked.

Early morning visit. Friendly staff. Ordered off the lunch menu and got my order quickly. Unfortunately the fryers we down so couldn’t have fries. Food was as good as you can expect fast food burgers to be. Patties were probably slightly on the overcooked side but not bad. Restaurant and restrooms were clean. Playground was closed for repairs.

Worst experience ever. Poor customer service. Used the drive thru and it took them 25 minutes to complete my order ( a single combo ). Worst part is that there were no customers at all. After 15 min of waiting, a car pulled up behind me. Finally, my order comes, and it was wrong.

The service was terrible. I ordered a number one with only lettuce and ketchup. The cashier put American cheese, mayonnaise, tomato, pickles, and onion on the receipt and my burger. I sent it back, then I got the correct order but with cheese. The manager came and asked us what was wrong then gave us what we ordered. He addressed my father as “Boss” which bothered him as he believes the employees should address customers as “Ma’am” and “Sir” (he told me to include this). The burgers were cold and burnt. The people in the kitchen weren’t even wearing hair nets! Unlike the sign, the cookies are not freshly baked. The only good thing were the fries and the drinks.

The drive-thru wasn’t too slow BUT they just can’t seem to remember to add the dipping sauces that are requested. It’s been a miss the last two visits. The last straw was the “not so fresh lettuce” in my sandwich. When I say not so fresh I mean old, discolored, and blackening. Check your bags for everything you asked for and your sandwiches for possible unpleasant ingredients.
