First time getting food from here & food just wasn’t the greatest unfortunately. My Coke tasted weird. Chicken Bacon Swiss Sandwich just wasn’t the best. Not enough stuff on it. The Curly Fries were ok. Service at Driveup windows were better than most places I mean they was busy but yet line moved quickly which was great, Staff seemed friendly. Just wish the food was better but being we was from out of town just passing through & needed a quick bite to eat on the go & of course we ate everything just wished it was better.

I would leave a 0 on this location if I could. Who ever takes the order does fine but this is the 3rd time I have been through that the tag on my sandwich is correct however the sandwich in the wrapper is not correct. I had higher expectations I guess that was my fault. Wish they would do better and actually pay attention.

Food was a mess. Didn’t get all of the order at once. The way this establishment is set up inside makes absolutely no sense and causes extreme congestion at the register. Had it not been for the terrible design, everything likely would have been better with this visit.

Went to Charleston location a few days ago and was told they were out of roast beef. So I got the brisket. Not thrilled but things happen so no big deal. Today I called to see if they have received a shipment of roast beef and heard someone in the back say “hang up it’s a prank call”. They hung up. I call back and say it’s a legit question so don’t hang up. I was then told that they get lot of pranks and that they weren’t “out” of roast beef. They just didn’t have enough cooked and ready for the food. So lied to….hung up on….I’ve never had any issues with Arby’s. Was always a fan of the food. In 2 minutes they lost me. It’s a shame.

Went here to grab a quick dinner tonight and was very confused by the behavior of the team that was working. They were really loud and obnoxious. I totally get that you should be having fun at work but this was a bit much. Tried having a conversation but it was very much drowned by the noise from the staff.
