Went to this location and stood at the counter for over five minutes without any acknowledgement I was even there. One of the women working the drive-thru made eye contact with me twice so I know she knew I was there. The other woman was standing there, doing nothing, looking puzzled, like she had no clue what she was doing. I finally just quietly left, realizing I was not going to get the flame broiled Whopper I had my taste buds all set for in any kind of reasonable time.

Updating and lowering rating. Brought kids to eat and enjoy playplace twice in 2 weeks. Both times business was slow and service was slow and unorganized. Place was dirty both times, windows and tables disgusting, never any ketchup. When someone does go to lobby they pick up trays only. Don’t clean the tables. When they bring out a broom it gets left for someone to trip on and forgotten. (these things happened both visits and took pics). Food was hard and dry nuggets, cold buns and bread, had to get items missed from order. I will not bring kids back as I’m sure the playplace toy hasn’t been cleaned either. Very poor management. This place needs fixing, badly.
