I feel really bad, I had a bad experience before that make me take the desition of not order from here anymore but I understood that some mistakes are possible one time but now is unacceptable they forgot to put the piece for avoid that the chease be on a lid of the box. Please I need they put more attention we paid for a good service and also give a tips.

July 2nd – I placed an online carry-out order,(for a medium pepperoni and bbq chicken) and arrived early to sit and wait in the lobby. The monitor showed that my order was first in line and one other was behind mine. After 10 minutes, my order was still in prep. I heard the female supervisor yell at an employee that he didn’t make the correct size and had to do it again, and then she yelled at all of the employees to get off their phones and get to work (props to her!) After that, another employee asked me which order was mine, so she could start working on it. I guess it wasn’t being being worked on because everyone was on their phone. The pepperoni was good, but the bbq chicken had way too much bbq on it and no one wanted to eat it. Given the experience, I won’t be ordering from this location again.

been ordering here alot and had no issues until today, they texted me saying it was delivered, 10 minutes after they entered the neighborhood. then i tried calling because my order was no where to be found, and they hung up on me. i tried calling again and am still waiting for them to pick it up after 21 minutes. very unprofessional and now the movie night has been ruined

Ordered a sausage/pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza arrived. NBD, I called Domino’s, talked to girl … everything seemed ok, asked for delivery of my pizza, she said they would send someone out with the sausage/pepperoni pizza, indicating they were, “.. having trouble with the tickets, apologized and are trying to figure it out.” Because my pizza was on the way, I gave the cheese pizza to the Security Guard at our frontgate, to be nice! 1 1/2 hours later… still no pizza. BTW, this is the 2nd time (in a row) that particular Domino’s has messed up a pizza. Last time, is was so poorly prepared and delivered (I never called them or said anything), but I received an email coupon for a free pizza. Tonight I did call the Manager, someone named Javonne, or Javonnee. – he spoke too fast. I explained a somewhat negative trend, asking for my correct pizza to be delivered… and the Manager hung up on me!? DO NOT USE this Domino’s, there are more in the area that are probably better. This Domino’s attitude appears to have the lack of class that Jevonne the Manager displayed by hanging up. If the pizza is wrong… no bit deal – hang up on the customer and they will go away. I do recommend Westchase Pizza, timely and friendly, with the correct order. Pizza is delicious!

My order was nothing like a pizza it was the thinnest thing I ever seen that I couldn’t even the dough and then they were nice enough to give me another one and again they gave me the wrong order and gave me a saggy pizza! All I wanted was a regular pizza but crispy!!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted amazingly and both Michelle and joe showed great customer service and I felt as if I was home. They made my lunch the best ever from the experience to the food. Horribly disappointing and way overpriced… Definitely the absolute worst delivery pizza I have ever ordered. The pizza was dry like beef jerky and super thin. The extra large I ordered, in the attached pictures, appeared to have been made from a small pizza amount of dough stretched to a size between a medium and a large. The pizza was dry and paper thin.

I have to be in a certain mood for Dominos. I will say their handmade pan pizzas are very good. Their stuffed cheesy bread is also good. Their prices have gone up quite a bit though recently to the point that it’s almost not even worth it. Also, on this visit it gave a 10 minute window where my order would be ready. I got there half way through the window, and it was still another 20 minutes before it was ready…15 minutes after the latest time their website said it would be done. No apologies, no explanations. That was very disappointing. Based on this experience and the higher prices I won’t be back to Domino’s for a while. There are too many other better options available.
