This place is at a gas station, that has a convenience store and some fast food places all together. It is not bad for everything they have. My Grandson had the pizza at that place, and the rest of us had Arby’s. My husband and I got the New All American Beef Sandwich with out the sauce and fries, my Daughter is got the Beef and Cheddar. It all was not bad.

My husband stopped at this restaurant, which is located in a truck stop. He is a truck driver and said he was the only customer inside. Some obviosly uneducated & ignorant young girl behind the counter started talking about how much she hated truck driver’s, and how when she’s driving she purposely blocks them in, cuts them off and darts in front of them and slams on her brakes. What???!! You work in a TRUCK STOP??!! My husband recognized her stupidity and inmaturity and chose to remain quiet, get his food and go. He also knows she will eventually get herself killed doing those things. We understand it’s hard for food workers these days. They are overworked and under appreciated just like truckers and many other professions. But it is never a good idea to behave that way in front of paying customers. Thought the company should know because it’s hard to tell how many customers she has ran off. I know my husband will never stop there again. (There is a Sbarro across the street to any trucker that wants decent food & service.)

I went through the drive through tonight at around 10:20, after a long day of work and hoping to grab a snack before I head home. I pulled up to the window and the attendant asked me to wait a second, I said okay and waited while on the phone with my mother. A car from across the parking lot began blowing their horn and the attendant got on the com and yelled across it telling me to stop blowing my horn because she was currently taking another order. I understand mix ups and the stress of a closing shift, but in no possible situation should an associate who is meant to provide customer service yell at their customers. I was not the one honking my horn yet got blamed for it nonetheless and spoken to in a hateful manner. I pulled out without ever getting to order and began driving home, my mother who heard the interaction called to file a complaint and the manager on duty insisted that the attendant on duty ‘wasn’t like that’ and that he ‘didn’t hear anything on his headset’. Only after my mother mentioned talking to someone higher up did he apologize. The only thing I want is for people to be more considerate of others and to treat their customers with respect, especially when said customer has done nothing to them and followed their requests. Very dissatisfied with the customer service at this Arby’s.

I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but out of the 4 times I’ve been to this restaurant, 3 it took over 30 minutes to receive our food, and the fourth was close. Tonight was one of those “last straw” nights, given not only did it take over 30 minutes in an empty drive thru, once the order arrived it was incorrect and pieces missing. The only reason it does not get a 1 star is because when the food actually does get to you it’s typically good, but waiting 35 minutes for stale fries and missing pieces to the order negates that. I’ve never experienced this issue with the other 5 nearest Arby’s, so my guess is there is different ownership or management that cannot or will not gain control of the pace of the restaurant.

Refused to give us sauce we asked for even when we offered to pay for it we ordered cheese sticks, and was told we would have to buy an entire other order a cheese stick to get the amount of sauce we requested, even if we offered to pay for the sauce alone, along with refusing to give us a reciept so we would have it to speak with someone about the absolute horrible service we received

While the sandwich itself was pretty good, the amount of meat was on the skimpy side. The double was more like a regular. Maybe the Abingdon location could give some pointers.

At a truckstop but won’t serve truckers after 2200. I was told “corporate closes all lobbies across the nation at 2200”.
