I have been a customer of HBH in Buford since they opened. I have been a customer since moving to Atlanta in the mid 80’s of a few different stores. Bought a ham for Easter, couldn’t look at it, told new policy they cannot be opened prior to buying. Now I know why. This ham was a fatty mess. I was embarrassed and my guests were hungry. I wrapped it back up in the pretty foil and put it in the garbage. What is going on? Your quality control is horrible. I don’t want my money back, I certainly don’t want a store credit, just want to warn other customers of this scam you call a ham.

I stopped by for lunch at the Buford location near Mall of GA. I ordered the Tavern meal with potato salad and a drink. The restaurant was clean, and the employee making my food did a great job. The very young guy cashier was nice, but had trouble helping and explaining how to sign up for their rewards program. So I figured it out on my own. Other than that, ok experience. The food is always good here.

I was charged the 80$, but never sent my confirmation email to pick up my order. I have spent the last hour trying to contact this location to just make Sure everything was processed correctly. I understand the location closes at 7:30, and they’re ready to get out of there. The employees closing tonight has answered the phone and hung up immediately now 7 times. I just wanted to check on my order. I have spent 80$ and have received zero help. Unreal.

I can’t remember the names of everyone but Lakeisha was out that Saturday so the people that were there know who they are that’s two weeks ago and they were fantastic. Service was quick friendly and efficient and they were very informative. Once again I am glad that this business is in my neighborhood.

I stopped by on Thursday September 22. I haven’t been to The HoneyBaked Ham Company in some time. I love there turkey sandwiches. I couldn’t remember the Turkey sandwich I love. It was the Smoked Turkey Sandwich which Tracy helped me remember. And she even upsold me on making it a combo. It was a great lunch! I will be back. Thanks for your help Tracy.
