I usually go to the Dominoes on Eldorado or The Colony, but today I thought I’d try this newer one because they are closer. NEVER AGAIN! My kids’ pizza was old and dry! I think they gave us two that had been sitting too long! There was hardly any sauce or cheese on half of 1 of them! It has always been fresh and good at these other 2 places. I am so mad to have wasted hard earned money at this location.

I can live with a delivery driver that gets lost, they’re only human and when you’re going somewhere new, sometimes it can be confusing. But when my delivery driver went to the wrong apartment complex, the manager at the store gave me a call to see where I was. And when I told him that the driver went to the wrong address, he insisted that no, I was the one who was wrong. This man really had the nerve to tell me that I didn’t know my own address, after living here for 4+ years… truly, this is the opposite of good customer service. Great pizza, terrible service. Would not recommend.

Most horrible experience ever. I got the pizza and it looked like it had been kicked to the door. I call the store and was give the worst customer service experience of my life. The girl told me if I came to the store to return my pizza she would put her hands on me. I was offered a $30 credit instead of a full refund which was unacceptable. Finally after 6 phone calls the general manager sent the delivery guy back to pick up the pizza before he would refund me for my order. FYI don’t treat me like I need to make this up for free food. How insulting. Will never do business here again. Currently 1 hour and still no delivery person to pick up my order.

Delivered pizza to us which had another person’s name and address. Called store and they put me on hold for 30 min, after which I was asked “do you still watch your original order”.30 minutes latter pizza arrived dishelved, and a black hair was in my cake.
