Just had a NY style pizza and breadsticks delivered from the Iowa City store. It was perfection. Fast, hot, and quality. Haven’t had a fast food pizza this good… ever. Highly recommend for delicious pizza and an affordable price. Customer service with Kasey was also excellent. Usually don’t leave reviews, but a lot of times people only leave reviews to complain. We wanted to leave a good one because they earned it!

Ordered three pizzas and some wings, total was over $60 (would have been $70 but I had rewards). An hour and a half later the app said it was delivered but we didn’t get it. I called the store and they said the number they called wasn’t correct so they took it back to the store. I corrected the number and the delivery person said they would bring it back to us. I said the pizzas will be cold by that time but he insisted they wouldn’t be because of the insulated bag. Half an hour later he arrived. Of course, the food was all cold. Very disappointing. Also, it seems Papa John’s prices are rising while the amount of toppings is decreasing. Paying premium prices for unflavored bread with a little cheese. I think we will choose somewhere else from now on.

Took 6 different employees avoiding the front to HAND me my prepaid pizza. I ordered the parmesan crust, but was given a regular thin crust. I went back in and showed them the mistake. I was told I was incorrect even though it was very evident. Blandest rip-off of a $14 pizza I’ve ever received. I will be walking the extra 2 miles to Dominos for better pizza, prices, and service! Never returning.

Papa John’s has really gone downhill. I was able to eat one piece of a large pizza and had to throw the rest away it was so bad. First time I’ve ever had something burnt and raw at the same time. Never again.
