My wife got a drink here with oat milk that was curdled and off flavored. She tried telling them but they just said it would mix in. She had to throw it away. Poor service that they should’ve corrected. Would not recommend!

I made a scooters run for my co workers at the hospital and every order was wrong. 🙁 I got a small hot latte and got a small hot carmelicious with sweet foam. I also got a hot medium carmelicious and got a medium carmel latte. I got a medium strawberry quencher with sweet cold foam and got a medium peach quencher with no sweet cream foam. Then got a random vanilla latte? I spent $26 so I was very disappointed and sucked for the co workers who don’t even like the drinks given so they were wasted. Staff was friendly but orders were not correct at all.

Great drinks but everytime I’ve order off their breakfast menu it’s been messed up, wrong sandwich (which they fixed) looking like it was thrown in bag in random pieces, then today my “warm” pair of blueberry muffins my daughters was good mine was frozen solid in the center.

Wouldn’t serve me because I’m on foot. I drive a semi for work and parked and walked over. They let me wait at the window for 5 minutes no vehicles in line either. So then I called them on the phone because no one was at the window. Instead of just telling me they wouldn’t serve me they went to hide in the back. Thankfully I called them who knows how long I could’ve waited before they came to tell me they won’t be serving me. Or if they even would tell me.

As usual the iced coffee was perfect. The service was outstanding. We ordered a breakfast burrito and waffle sandwich. One bite we both were disgusted. Rubber. No flavor. Good coffee but not good food.
