First time trying them and won’t be my last ! Food bussin bussin and omg their drinks are super delicious only reason it’s a 4 star is for the extra charge to pay with card other then that deff will be coming very soon . So much flavor ! Got my food delivered. Ordered the Curry Chicken/ peas & rice… only complaint for me, was the pieces of chicken in my order. No white meat… wasn’t an option to request. Regardless, the selected pieces weren’t appetizing. More bones, small pieces. Unsatisfying. Expected spicier. Beef patty just barely better than the reheated, frozen Pattie’s you’d get ordering from a pizza place. Wife enjoyed her order.

I got sick from the food that I purchased at Cool Runnings Cuisine. I spent $30 and ended up throwing out the food. I felt nauseous after eating some of it. When I entered this place there was a horrible smell and the food in itself was just tasteless.

I ordered today for the first time and I tell you, it was amazing. I ordered the lg oxtails, beans w/ rice, baked Mac with a side of greens. Hubby ordered stew beef, yellow rice n cabbage with a beef patty n cocoa bread. Taste was impeccable. Perfect salt n flavor with a hint of spice. Beef patty, nothing like I’ve ever had. Perfection. I read through some earlier reviews before visiting and it sounded like the people with issues order food online. So I went into the restaurant, I had a great, brief, experience and awesome service. It took less than 10 mins to order, get my food, pay, and get going. I ordered the jerk pork and the curry chicken both were great! I will revisit… parking is rough… double parking seemed okay.

Cool Runnings serves the best and most authentic Jamaican Cuisine by far! Our company has ordered their catering services plenty of times, and we plan to get them again! The food is delicious and super affordable –the jerk shrimp is always the first dish to go! There is plenty of variety, so everyone found something on the menu they liked. Our catering came on time, and the manager helped us out a lot. Thank you Cool Runnings for making our company luncheon something special this year!

I’m disappointed… the Mac and cheeses was dry…the ox tails was tough, the Curry chicken taste like an American cooked it with only spice curry powder, the stew chicken was salty, belive the yams was from the can… the rice was great ….if you are hungry this place is ok…if you have a taste for Caribbean oxtail or food don’t go here….if you know what real caribbean food tast like don’t go here ….. TUST ME. You will be disappointed…… and the prices for this quality of food is ridiculous……The cashier was friendly…… we spend 76 dollars on this place just to order food from somewhere else

What I received is absolutely not right. I was a loyal customer until now. For $16 I received oxtail and goat meat and only 5 pieces of meat in total! The meat market sells a pound for $9.99 in the area. You guys have lost me as a customer all together.

I ordered food for takeout. Wait time was reasonable but the food was the worst. Jerk chicken no flavor, cabbage was not tender, collard greens were so so. Big disappointment probably the worst Jamaican food I’ve had. Wasted $20 and gas wasted.
