This will be my first and last experience with this particular cousins subs. From the beginning to the end it was a poor experience. Pulling in the lady taking our order through the drive thru had an attitude because we didn’t know what we wanted and asked questions about a sandwhich because we couldn’t read the sign. We finish ordering (a BLT, roast pork, and cheese curds) and waited 5 minutes for our food which would have been acceptable had they not forgotten our cheese curds. To be fair they hadn’t charged us either for the curds so we simply left as to not deal with the rude lady. Get home after 5 minutes of driving and my BLT has 3 slices of bacon on it and the roast pork is cold. I won’t be returning.

The place is clean the staff is nice but there food sucked I ordered a Philly steak and cheese and I only got a little bit of the extra fixing with it like cheese no onions little pieces of meat spread out and small bell peppers along with the cheese sauce that wasn’t a sub that was waste of my time and money.

Waited in line for 5 minutes before being acknowledged, then the lady didn’t listen to what I asked for and had an attitude. That being said, it looks like the store is understaffed, but the Philly cheese steak I ordered was 2/3 bread and a 1/3 meat. I didn’t think anyone could make a worse cheese steak than Subway but Cousins nailed the underwhelming lunch of the month.

On July 23 I finally returned after messing up my order long time ago. Someone tried giving me a free sub and my money back but refused to have the free sub. I didn’t want to come back. What happens this visit? Order 15” melt with no tomatoes or lettuce , fries and a drink. Add ver $20. Get home and unwrap sub to see tomatoes and lettuce on it. I recommend another place. Plenty other sub shops in town that make what you order for cheaper. Unbelievable

we came here to pick up delivery orders and it took way longer then it should have. the staff was dragging their feet big time. they were moving so slow and just walking around behind the counter instead of doing the orders. the order we had to pick up was a small sub with a cup of soup. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! unless you wanna sit around and waste your time!

They have the best sandwich bread compared to other sandwich shops. The toppings are bad. Onions are way too pungent, use less of them. The thinnest slices of cheese ever, the spring mix was horribly bitter and the fries are the worst I have ever had. My entire family hated their food here. Staff was very friendly.
