I placed an order for “carry out” through the app thinking that meant they bring it out to your car. I was wrong and realized when I got to the restaurant that I still had to go in and pick it up. My kids were all asleep in the car and I wasn’t able to go inside. I called the store and explained the situation, Parker answered and offered to still bring it out to me! I appreciated that very much!

Stopped here for lunch and got a 5 piece chicken tender meal that was basically 5 chicken nuggets. Literal 2 inch chicken “tenders” … not sure if this is typical but it was huge waste of money, probably won’t be returning.

My wife and I ate there today and as usual the food was super. My wife ordered a SINGLE French onion burger and got charged for a double. But the really bad part was the volume of the music there. It was terribly LOUD. We couldn’t even have a conversation while we were eating. I love their food but TURN DOWN THE MUSIC. Or I will not be back.

This was my first time eating at Freddy’s and it was a wonderful experience! I stopped by after a long trip and the customers service provided was phenomenal. I remember one of the staff was incredibly helpful and was very nice, I believe her name was Aven. Overall, amazing customer service and delicious food, will definitely stop by again.

paid $20 for a half full cheese curd, a concrete that was over blended, didn’t get any sauces we asked for. The staff was nice but wow, all the locations of freddy’s have gone down hill recently. probably won’t be back if im paying this much and getting half of my order.

Saturday was our family’s first visit to Freddy’s. The cashier Andy was very helpful and patient. Food was fantastic, fries were hot and fresh. Clean location. Andy went from cashier to busing tables and helping customers with trash disposal. We will be returning soon.
