Have passed this location for years but never ordered or dined here. I finally stopped at this location on a weekday afternoon and the location was not busy inside but did have a couple customers inside and some via the drive thru. Ordered a few items and the cashier seemed fairly inexperienced and not fully knowledgeable of most items offered; possibly newer employee. Other than that, the service was still good, friendly, and fast. Food was delicious. Chicken biscuit was good. Bo-berry biscuits were better than expected. The chicken sandwich was filling and tasty; hoped it was also available in spicy version, but it’s not. Restaurant was clean and parking was easily accessible.

Stopped at this location on the way to work one day the food was pretty good the fish sandwich was a bit small on the fish size but it was still good overall was a decent. Got down the street and they forgot all of our sauces but we didn’t turn around so I still give 4.6 which rounds up to five so overall good job

Unfortunately the inside was extremely dirty and the person who took our order looked like he wanted to die. They did gift us a juice box for our baby and the food was really good. Besides the biscuits having a harder exterior than we would have liked, they were still tasty. I wouldn’t go to this location for Bojangles again, but I know food service workers are having a really hard time right now.

While my chicken was amazing, the drive thru cashier could use a little customer service training. I understand that telling me to speak louder or quieter would help, but telling me to stop screaming across the car and to shut the car off (I was the passenger) was a little rude- there are ways to ask politely… especially when she was hard to hear as well.

So I have been going to this location for the pass 8-10 years. In the pass on the weekends there us usually a pretty long line is the drive thru but it moves well most of the time. But the last several times I have gone that hasn’t been the issue. The issue I have had a lot of lately is that I order their Sweet Potato Pies, we love them and they are delicious, when you can get them. Several times when I order them with my food I get told to pull up, which I do and is fine. But when the employee brings my food out they always say “oh you had 2 Sweet Potato Pies, they are in the oven and will be another 10 minutes do you want to wait on them or get something else”. Seeing as how I just waited 10 minutes for my food I am not going to wait another 10 minutes for Sweet Potato Pies!! So this is the really frustrating part. The employee says do you want anything instead like Bo-berry biscuits. I said sure since they are not a 10 minute wait. So the guy brings me out 2 Bo-berry biscuits which is a single order and cost $2,50, the 2 Sweet potato pies are around $6.50-$7. So Bojangles just screwed me for $4 bucks. I wonder how many times a day they do this to drive up their sales. Lol, the first time I was like well I will give it another try but the fact that it has happen about 4-5 times I feel like I am just going to stop giving Bojangles my business. Pretty sad, seeing as how their food is usually pretty good, except for the Sweet Potato Pies that are a scam.

Two for 6. Add Bo rounds and sweat tea. Still the best breakfast you can get. Skip the chicken biscuits and grab you some sausage egg and cheese biscuits!!! Thank me later!

Some of the food was like licking a salt block, and some of it was unseasoned. My major issue is I just threw up my breakfast in the parking lot. When my son and I went in we noticed a horrendous smell in the foyer before entering the main lobby. It smelled as though they used a mop/water from when they cleaned up an overflowing taco bell toilet. They lobby smelled fine but when we went to leave the smell hit me and I threw up before getting in my car. Unexcusable nastiness. Never again.

Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru (there was no one in front of us when we arrived) only for them to come tell us there were no more biscuits and it would take at least 15 minutes to get them. No thank you to 35 minute “fast” food. Employees were all joking around and not really working. Got a refund but no offer to do anything else, so they have lost my business.
