What a wonderful spread Evelyn delivered! Every bite was enjoyed by all 120 people we had at our 50th High School Class Reunion (from the Panama Canal Zone, Balboa High School). Authentic flavors, perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. The flan was terrific, the salads were fresh and delicious, arroz con pollo and ropa vieja were big hits, but the beef empanadas were the star of the show. Thanks Evelyn for your hard work in making our luncheon fabuloso.
