Probably the worst Chipotle ever! Ordered a pickup, they started the order when I got there. So much for the convenience of scheduling a pick-up. Make things worse they’re out of items and didn’t bother letting me know. According to Google they close at 11:00, but at 9:30 the chairs were on the table and they were cleaning like they close at 10:00. Now to the food…meh most bland Chipotle I’ve ever had. WARNING: Girlfriend and I ate here last month, and both got extremely sick (Not sure if norovirus related but had exact symptoms). We were both sick for about 24 hours before feeling any better. After the 24 hours we both still had unusual appetites for the next couple of weeks. Be cautious of eating at this location.

this chipotle is so weird. i ordered pickup from the app and it was already taking a while to say its ready on the app. then when i got there my food still wasn’t ready, the dude was just silently making other orders for three other people who were standing around waiting. there was 3 employees and no one even said a word to me i just stood there for 10 mins in silence. and then only 1 person was filling the orders? like the other 2 weren’t even tryna speed things along? and then i didn’t even get my chips or drink til i had to shout to the guy in the back so i could get the chips and drink i paid for, cuz after he wordlessly handed me my order he went to the back. and then i got home and realized he didnt put sour cream 😐 so my bowl was wrong too, rip. it was the absolute weirdest chipotle experience i’ve ever had, walking into these people completely ignoring and being silent like they were upset i even came in there. and no one else was in the store except people for pickup orders so its not like it was insanely busy? idk it was just the creepy silence and the fact i had to wait so long and not even get the right order was so weird and annoying.

Placed mobile order, and it took employees 15 minutes to prepare food once I was inside the restaurant to pick up online order. They ignored the order till they served all the customers inside the restaurant. What’s the purpose of mobile order if they are not going to prepare food once you reach to pick it up? Employees were not customer oriented as well. I would highly suggest that you avoid this place until management fix the online order problem.

Ordered via Uber Eats and it was pretty fast or came correct and still fresh. I ordered a steak bowl and a side of chips for a total of $12.82. They did however forget the fork and napkins but the overall quality of the food was A-1 and to Chipotle standards

The worst Chipotle I have ever been to, and that’s saying something. Don’t get food here unless you want your order to be 100% wrong and half portions. We’ve ordered in person, delivery and pick up and it’s always completely incorrect and no one cares. One time I asked for a full side salsa (they gave me one with maybe a teaspoon in the container, like not even half full) and they laughed in my face.

Arguably the worst chipotle in the area. I picked up my order and it didn’t have my chips in it- so I went back in and they gave them to me. Then I sat down to eat after leaving and realized my entire barbacoa bowl was basically fat. The guacamole was a huge chunk of avocado with almost no seasoning to it at all. I couldn’t eat most of it with my chips because they kept breaking. Not a fan.
