Visited on 7-17-23 at the Gadsden location. The black female right at the food when entering did not greet me. She also put very little Queso. I wasn’t aware that Queso was an additional charge. She barely dripped it! The chips were very hard and stale. Also, unfriendly employees.

Moe’s has changed. Used to be good. Now it seems they are trying to be like Chipotle. Used to have a Mellow Mushroom vibe. Not any more. Burrito was good but the prices have skyrocketed and the choices fallen. I miss the old Moe’s.

The person that prepared our food was so kind, courteous & patient as we ordered. The food was delicious but we all had a few gross pieces of meat (chicken & steak). The floor was wet at the drink area & could be dangerous so be careful. Will try again in a few months.
