I want to be fair, this domino’s has been my go to place for pizza and I’ve been happy with my experiences but they did let me down when I ordered the honey bbq wings because they were not completely covered in sauce. 1/3 of them had no sauce. And I ordered 6 diet cokes and none of them were cold. The pepperoni and mushrooms pizza was phenomenal. But I didn’t have a cold coke to wash it down. I’ll order again from here but probably won’t get the wings

I live just outside of where they will deliver, they used to deliver anyway but not anymore. My order is wrong more than it is right (I ordered extra pepperoni and got NO pepperoni last time) I can’t wait til PopaJohns opens.

I have ordered several times from this location. Every time there was a problem. My food was in quality check for 1hour. Called and the manager did not care and said they had one driver. Told them the app does not say that it will take that long. Asked if I wanted to cancel my order. Nothing else. Also, another time I ordered the Philly cheesesteak pizza and the bell pepper still had the sticker on it.

I never order pizza and the one time I wanted to, this Dominos close to my apartment was open and within the driving radius and had everything I wanted. Everybody was so nice and helpful and fast. I have never been so excited, my pizza and brownies were absolutely amazing and my sprite was cold. Thanks so much !!!

So I tried placing an order on the app an hour before they stopped delivering but my order wouldn’t go through so I decided to call to order. The first time, I just got weird tones once it answered so I figured it was a technical error so I tried again. The second time, someone did pick up and the man said, “Thank you for calling dominos, we’re closed” and immediately hung up the phone without even giving me a chance to say anything. This is an absolutely terrible excuse of customer service. Sorry I was calling to place an order over forty minutes before you were supposed to close on a Thursday night. Sorry if it’s such an inconvenience to ask you to do your job. My bad.
